Remotely Well is a small, distributed team building big things for other distributed teams. We believe feeling good at work shouldn't require an office, a commute, or a corporate card.
It started with a virtual happy hour where nobody showed up. The calendar invite said “team bonding,” but the Zoom room stayed empty. Turns out, people don't want forced fun — they want actual fun, designed for humans in home offices.
That empty Zoom room cracked something open. We started noticing it everywhere: calendar invites no one wanted, wellness apps no one opened, engagement metrics no one trusted. All of it built for office life — none of it built for the way we actually work now.
So our founders did what any reasonable, slightly caffeinated humans would do: stopped complaining and started building the thing they wished existed. One place where the software, the events, and the insights actually work together — for people who work from anywhere.
One platform. Eight pillars. Zero corporate cringe. Software that actually gets used. Events people actually show up to. Insights that actually change behavior. That's Remotely Well.
P.S. We still work in sweatpants.
We don't believe in grinding harder. We believe in resting smarter, moving more, and designing work around life — not the other way around.
Every feature, every event, every email — it has to pass one test: would this make a real human's day better? If not, we scrap it.
We don't just serve remote teams — we are one. Our team spans 4 continents and 6 time zones. We build what we need, then share it.
Wellness doesn't have to be serious to be effective. Stickers, bake-alongs, mystery games — fun is a feature, not a bug.
We're always looking for kind, creative humans who believe work should feel good. Drop us a line — or just book a demo and say hi.
